Parallels
Since working at Astek, I've become a Mac convert. However, I still do a lot of my development work in Windows since we deal with Microsoft web technologies. And Parallels is one of the reasons I'm a Mac convert. I get to do work in Windows applications, seamlessly within the Mac environment I have grown to love.

For those of you out there who like me are both iPhone and NPR addicts. This app for me is almost as good as the iPhone having an FM tuner. It has some connection issues if you travel between cell towers, but is generally pretty cool. Here are my favorite stations:

Brooks Shoes
I started running a few years ago, and when I first got serious about it I settled on the shoe which I have continued to buy the same model of, over and over again. Never a blister or serious ache or pain with it, knock on wood. I love the Adrenaline, but everyone's feet are different. So get a consultation at a running store. But as a brand, I highly recommend Brooks.
